A graduate of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration. Legal adviser since 2005, member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Poznań. Between 2005 and 2012, was a managing partner of Dittmajer Głowacki Awedyk Sp. k. law office. Mr Michał Głowacki is currently a managing partner in the Głowacki Chilarski Sieklicki Sp. k. law office with its registered office in Warsaw. Currently Member of the Supervisory Board of MBROKER NET Sp. z o.o., Chairman of the Supervisory Board of CORIS LEX SERVICES Spółka z o.o., Chairman of the Supervisory Board of TRIDROP Sp. z o.o.

Mr Michał Głowacki advises on current issues to many entities in the manufacturing, construction, trade, insurance and finance sectors – including those listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
